Reform Law Summary

A small employer is required by Reform law to contribute a minimum of 10% of the employee's total cost for health benefits – including the cost of dependent coverage when offered. Carriers request that the employer provide the contribution information upon enrollment. The employer can elect a contribution level between 10-100%.
